Northwest, Security Realty join forces to become premier real estate brokerage in NW Iowa

Two community real estate agencies, Northwest Realty (Orange City) and Security Realty (Sheldon), have announced they will combine to better serve customers in Northwest Iowa.  

Our team of agents have been leading the Sheldon market with more than 50 years of combined experience. You will recognize the same faces — Dennis De Jong, Jayne Korver, Debbie Den Hartog, Amy Sietstra and Gene Bomgaars — with a new name.

The combined agency, which will continue to operate under the name Northwest Realty, will serve customers from Sheldon and Orange City and surrounding communities. The team of Orange City agents includes Karen Woudstra, Adam Doughan, Emily Moret, Ruth Van Der Weide, Bill Kepp, Ronda Moret and Steve Vis.
