ATM Privileges
There is no charge for transactions completed on Northwestern Bank ATMs. A transaction fee of $1.00 plus tax for each transaction not completed on a Northwestern Bank terminal is assessed. This will be listed on your statement as Transaction Fees, Non-NWB ATM.

Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen card, immediately call
1-800-236-2442 (available 24 hours a day).

Overdraft Protection Services
Northwestern Bank is pleased to provide Overdraft Protection Service (OPS) to customers who maintain both a checking account and a savings account. In the event your checking account becomes overdrawn, transfers in increments of $100.00 will automatically be made from your savings account to your checking account. A fee of $5.00 plus tax per transfer will be assessed to your account and listed on your statement as Transfer Charge. If sufficient funds are not available in your savings account, normal overdraft fees will apply.
